I was seen at the time my appointment was i.e I wasn't kept waiting.
The physio was very thorough and explained everything well.
The exercises he gave me have worked and I am now pain free and have free movement.

More thorough treatment which involves treatment and exercise regime and monitoring progress needed.
I needed help to strengthen my back and prevent my disc herniating again which I felt I had to gain myself. Back school helped with this conflicting physio advice - so extension ve flexion exercises.

Helping me to learn more about the importance of looking after my bones and muscles and taking time to do all the exercises which are tailor made.
The exercises improved my condition extremely well.
Now I can use it as a tool to maintain my well being.
